Escalation

Grievance Redressal

If your issue is not resolved by our standard support channels within the promised SLA, please follow our escalation matrix:

Contact admin@ramyaanet.in or call +91 95855 50814. A ticket will be generated and assigned to a technician.

If unresolved for 24 hours, reply to your ticket requesting escalation, and our Support Team Lead will personally intervene.

For severe disputes or outages exceeding 48 hours, email nodal@ramyaanet.com with your ticket number for immediate executive review.
